White Sox Win the World Series
Following in the same style as the Red Sox, the White Sox have won their first World Series since 1917. Quite impressive, swept the series 4-0! I wish I had actually watched a full game of this series, especially the 14-inning one on Tuesday night. The Red Sox last year, the White Sox this year, who next year? Someone who hasn't one since 1906!?!

I wonder if anyone will give the Sox some love now. The Black Sox happened back in 1919. And I am not sure you can even blame the players for that. Apparently Comiskey, the owner, then was a real jerk. He didn't pay the players fairly (I don't think there was a players union then). No wonder they wanted to get a few bucks by throwing the game.
